From Stellenbosch comes White Lies. An incredibly clean, skin-contact wine, with the Pinot Gris spending 4 days on skins giving it light, easygoing tannins, white flowers, and a crisp grapey flavour. We aren't ones to go all Gordon Ramsey and tell you what to eat, but, this with white fish or seafood, banging!

New Theory (previously Nouveau) is the brainchild of Thom and Charles Bradley who set the project up to work with South African winemakers to choose the best fruit possible and produce fresh expressions of low–intervention wine. For them, it's all about craft with all the pairs wines being small-batch, so they can continue to experiment and make interesting juice.
