Sex, Drugs, & Rock'n Roll
Alexander and Martin took over the family winery back in 2011 with the aim of updating their traditional German wines to appeal to a wider, unpretentious crowd of low intervention wine lovers. They quickly converted the vineyards to organic practicing and gave their labels a fun makeover.
The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in temperature-regulated stainless steel. After cold settling, the juice is bottled without fining or filtration. The result is a high-quality, bone-dry Riesling with flavours of Granny Smith apple, citrus and a hefty mineral finish.
